We want your flight with High Road Balloons to be an exciting and memorable experience. One you’ll want to share with others for time to come.

How long?

Our flights last for about 1 hour from the time of take-off and each balloon adventure lasts approximately 3 to 4 hours in total.

What to expect....

Our Pilot, Crew and balloon will meet you at the launch site where the balloon will be prepared for flight. You can either get involved with the inflation or watch the balloon take shape ready for the sky.

One exciting and beautiful aspect of ballooning is that no two flights are the same. The balloon is carried on the wind and the Pilot plans his route accordingly. Our experienced crew will follow on the ground to meet and retrieve you.

Once the balloon has landed and is packed away we will return to the meeting point. A long running tradition is to toast the flight with real Champagne and present personalised flight certificates to all passengers.

In-flight Photograph....

To treasure your flight we will take an in-flight photograph, capturing the balloon, all the passengers and a landscape backdrop that even the best photographer would find impossible to get! You can choose to buy this photo at an additional cost to your voucher.

What to wear ?

For your flight you should dress as though you were going out for a country walk - wear comfortable / sensible shoes, long sleeves, no shorts, bring a jumper and if possible wear clothes made from natural fibres. Bring a hat if you have one and we’ll see you on the day.
