The Team at High Road Balloons have a commitment to our environment and make a concerted effort to reduce our impact upon it. We have a strict policy regarding energy efficiency and recycling and wish to raise awareness of environmental issues in people we come into contact with.
We certainly do our bit with recycling, buying products with less packaging where possibe and recycling ALL materials possible.
Independent & Local…
Another important view that we take. As an independent company, opposed to a franchise or branch, we make our own decisions regarding our operations. Our company is based on the Warwickshire / Gloucestershire borders, on the edge of The Costwolds area of natural outstanding beauty, and we live here too. We are able to provide a strength of service unmeasurable to others. How? By remaining independent and local. We are not trying to be a big company, but by providing flights from just a couple of locations means that we can get you flown, quickly!

We know who our customers are.
From the moment we recieve a phonecall or email, through making the booking and taking you for a flight, it is only Russell or Emily you will deal with. Russell is the Director of High Road Balloons. He is also the Chief Pilot and it is with him that you will fly. Emily is the Operations Manager and Crew Chief. Chances are you will speak with her on the phone, then she or one of our crew members will great you on the launch field with the balloon.
